- Meetings Audio, video, and screen share Noise suppression, echo cancellation, and automatic gain control each toggle on their own rather than behind one “enhance” switch. If people say you sound distant, turn gain control off first. Screen share resolution and frame rate are set before you share and can both change mid‑call — on a poor connection, drop the frame rate before the resolution so text stays readable. Recording is available from the client, and everyone in the room sees an advisory the moment it starts.
- Scheduling The calendar and booking links Meetings opens on a free/busy week, with scheduled meetings, recurring occurrences, and slots people booked with you on the same grid. Overlaps are flagged and each conflict names what it collides with. Weekly series run on the days you pick, and you can move or cancel a single occurrence without disturbing the rest. Calendars import from .ics, and every meeting hands out an ICS link of its own.
- Guilds Joining, leaving, and channels A guild is a space with text and voice channels for a team or community, and membership decides what you can see. Voice channels are always there — join one and you are in the call, with nobody to invite and no link to send. Leaving a guild removes you from its channels and member list; your account and every other guild carry on untouched.
- Drive Uploading and sharing files Files you add to a guild’s Drive belong to that guild and follow its membership, so they stay behind if you leave — download anything you want to keep first. Call recordings land in the Drive of the guild the call belonged to, under the same permissions as any other file there.
- Account Sign-in and recovery Reset your password from the sign-in screen. If the email has not arrived within about ten minutes, check spam before trying again — requesting a second reset invalidates the first link. Locked out of the address itself? Write to us and we will work out another way to verify you.
- Platform Desktop and browser Gigawrks runs in the browser, calls included — there is nothing you have to install. Desktop builds for macOS, Windows, and Linux are on the downloads page if you want a dedicated window and system notifications.
Nothing on this page matches “”. That is as likely to be our gap as yours.
